Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We always do our very best to get your purchases to you as fast as we can.

Your parcel will be sent by courier, and larger items may need a signature. All items are trackable, and you will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched

Where possible we never charge for shipping, however delivery to some areas may incur a shipping charge, places like the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of wight. We will contact you regarding a shipping price to these areas if we need to but believe us, we don’t want to charge you postage if we can help it!

*Please note, our 2 working day service cuts off at 1pm, so orders placed after 1pm will be classed as being placed the following day.  If you require something urgently, though, please get in touch with us before placing your order.*

Returns:

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you might need to return an item so if your product is returned in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase, we will happily exchange or refund it to you within 30 days after the original purchase.
